2. Can I get some samples? Yes, but the sample and shipping fee will be charged, and in good price.
3. How about the lead time and delivery time?
For sample order, lead time is normally within 4-7 days after receiving deposit. For bulk order, it's 15-30 days.
As for delivery time, it depends on the distance and shipping method, you can check with us when place the order.
4. Can you do custom-made?
Yes, since we are original centrifuge manufactuer, we can do both OEM and ODM.
5. How about the payment method?
We accept western Union, T/T, LC and alibaba trade assurance paid.
6. What shipping method do you use?
Our shipping method can be flexible.
We can ship products by express company like UPS, Fedex ,TNT ect., by sea, by airplane or by combined transportation, just according to customer's need and order quantity.

8. How about your warranty or aftersale service?
All Cence products have one year warranty. We offer free accessory replacement within warranty. The shipping fee is also on us.
Beyond warranty, we only charge accessory cost fee.
