The Refrigeration System of Cence Centrifuge
The refrigeration system of Cence centrifuge is composed of compressor, condenser, dryer, capillary tube, evaporator, etc.
Since the power of the refrigeration system of Cence centrifuge is generally not very large, when the machine is operated in a room with temperature higher than 30℃, the temperature of the rotor chamber may not reach the preset value.
Therefore, Cence centrifuge should be placed in a room with a room temperature lower than 30℃, and attention should be paid not to make the temperature of the lower part of the compressor exceed 70℃, and the condenser should be kept clean.
The refrigeration system may not work properly because of refrigerant leakage.In this situation, the leakage point can be checked with a leak detector. Generally, there is oil accumulation at the leakage point. Fill refrigerant after repairing the leakage point.
If part of the capillary tube is frosted and the other part is hot, it is ice blocked. You can bake with an alcohol lamp or knock it to remove the ice.
During refrigerant injection, discharge the air first. Loosen the high and low pressure valve caps, slowly open the valve (because opening the valve too fast may cause refrigerator oil to be ejected from the valve together with gas), discharge residual gas, and then vacuumize, close the valve.
Connect the vacuum pump to the working valve of the pipeline, open the vacuum pump. Make sure there is no air leakage, then open the high and low pressure valves, vacuumize for more than 30 minutes, so that the vacuum degree is roughly less than 1 Torr.
Close valve, and connect the refrigerant cylinder to the low pressure valve, open the low-pressure valve and fill the refrigerant to the specified amount. If it is difficult, start the freezer to speed up the injection speed.
