Solution When the Centrifuge is Powered on and Does not Rotate
Analysis and maintenance: during maintenance, first observe whether the working indicator light of Cence centrifuge is on. If it does not light up, except for the poor input circuits of the power line and power switch K1, the fault is normally caused by the open circuit of the primary coil of the power transformer B1 of Cence centrifuge.
If the open circuit of B1 is a non burnt open circuit, use avometer to measure the on-off of each tap in order to find the open circuit position (open circuit point), and then reconnect and weld the open circuit firmly. If B1 is burnt out, rewind or replace it. If the working indicator light is on, check in turn whether the speed regulating switch K2, timer and motor are damaged.
First measure whether there is 220V voltage at both ends of the motor. If not, there is open circuit between the timer and K2. For inspection of K2, the oxide on the contact surface can be scrapped off with a knife. Then adjust the initial position of the correction contact spring piece to make it contact well. For the inspection of the timer, the timer can be removed and disassembled, and its contacts can be cleaned, adjusted and corrected. If the spring or cam is damaged, the timer should be replaced.
If there is 220V voltage at both ends of the motor, the motor is faulty. Try to hear whether the motor has “buzzing” sound. If yes, the motor stator and rotor of the centrifuge are stuck by foreign matters. As long as the motor is disassembled, the foreign matters between the rotor and the stator can be removed. If there is no “buzzing” sound, the winding is broken, and the motor can be rewound or replaced.
