• Understand the overall situation

Driving model adopted by centrifuges: Some centrifuges are driven by dual motors; Some centrifuges use a single electric motor to drive the rotor to rotate, and the speed difference is generated through the electromagnetic eddy current differential; Some centrifuges use the drum and screw driven by an independent hydraulic system (or the drum is directly driven by a variable-frequency motor). Different driving methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. As the user, we should specially pay attention to the possible operation problems caused by its shortcomings. Pay attention to installation during installation, and make targeted tests for its shortcomings during commissioning, so as to avoid various hidden dangers as far as possible.

The centrifuge runs at high speed when it is running, so it needs to work in a horizontal state. Record some important original data, which is helpful to compare with during operation of the equipment, to understand the wear or aging of it. It is suggested that at the beginning of commissioning of all models of centrifuges, the start-up time of the single machine (the time from opening the switch to flushing to formal operation) and the current at the start of operation should be recorded. Of course, other corresponding states should also be recorded. During operation, these data shall also be monitored. If there is a large deviation from the original data, it shall be immediately found out. If necessary, the machine shall be disassembled to check the internal situation.
