Daily Inspection and Maintenance of Cence Centrifuges
Before the operation of the centrifuge, cut off the power supply and release the brake of the centrifuge. You can manually rotate the rotor to see whether there is brake bite.
Check other parts for looseness and abnormality.
Turn on the power and start the machine (it usually takes about 40-60 seconds from the static state to the normal rotating state)
Generally, each equipment should be rotated for about 3 hours without any rotor and samples in after it is received. If there is no abnormal situation, then it can be put into work.
The samples should be placed as evenly as possible.
It must be operated by special personnel, and the capacity shall not exceed the rated value.
It is forbidden to over-speed the centrifuge. This is to avoid reducing the service life of the machine.
After the machine is started, if there is abnormality, it must be shut down for inspection. If necessary, it must be disassembled for repair.
The centrifuge operates at a high speed, so do not touch its rotor with your body to prevent accidents.
The mesh of the filter cloth shall be determined according to the size of the solid particles of the separated material, otherwise the separation effect will be affected.
In addition, during the installation of filter cloth, the filter cloth and sealing ring shall be embedded
To ensure the normal operation of the centrifuge, the rotating parts should be applied with a little lubricant and maintained every 6 months.
At the same time, check the operation and lubrication of the bearing for wear.
Check whether the components in the braking device are worn, and replace them if they are serious. Check the bearing cover for oil leakage.
After the machine is used, it shall be cleaned to keep the machine clean.
Do not use non-corrosion resistant centrifuge for separation of highly corrosive materials.
In addition, operate in strict accordance with the equipment requirement and regulations. Non explosion-proof centrifuges must not be used in flammable and explosive places.
